did a little bit of off roading with my 02 liberty sport now everytime I go over bumps the spare wheel rack rattles loud any ideas how to fix it?

It's bolted on. Tighten it up.
i was thinking the same thing ... but if he cant move it it might be suspension related in the bac since he just went off roading.

I cant move it and I did tighten it all up but if I got and just kinda hit the tire I hear it rattle idk if could be something to do with sheet metal or behind it

Could be something inside your tailgate. I'd open it up and take a look around.

I have a rattle from my back tailgate and realized it's because when it's closed, it's not a very solid "latch". I can shake a door a little and see it wiggle where it's latching. I might either try and snug up the latching somehow, or just put a line of foam/rubber somewhere to keep the amount of play to a minimum

In that case I should get you to weld up my hack job of an exhaust...don't ask how it got that way lol

That latch can be adjusted for a tighter fit.

Haha those are the worst, My buddy owns an exhaust shop and welded up my exhaust I built including hangars for a case of Budweiser lol
