Hi all.
I got a OBDII mobile scanner to check engine diagnostic and also just track fuel consumption and stuff. Using the Car Scanner app. But it won’t connect to my cars ECU. Does anyone know why? Do you know what protocol is used or supported in the Liberty ‘04, does it support ISO 14230-4 KWP

I'm late to reply here.
I have no idea why it will not connect. I'm not sure about protocol, but I can tell you everything you are looking for can be found with this OBDII scanner and more.
Most of us utilize a dedicated Scan Gauge II - Use the products drop down menu for scan Gauge II
There also is a new Scan Gauge 3 available.

Other member's may recommend software based computer technology, that may chime in.
