Just did the drivers side on mine with stock arms. Thank you for the write up. Drivers side was a pain in the dick... Looking forward to the passenger side being easier.

Passenger side 20 minutes , yes drivers side takes 35-40 at times

Is *********** of the A arm holes in the inner fender necessary? I see that it would allow more movement in the A arm... likely only under full extension of the wheel.

You'll get two different answers on this I'm sure
If you cut them out some then yes it will drop down more
But some also say that by doing so it will drop down too much a bind the CV and would be better to self clearance
With all the lifts I have done or helped on its about 50-50 I let the owners choose what to do. On my 04 I trimmed them some, on my current 03 build I will not
