What size tires were you running?

I just got 32x11.5-15, & I'm starting to second guess myself. They work & look great, but I don't want to blow my diff. Maybe I should take them back for 31x10.5s?

There has been 2 blown with stock tires on the street.

Yep,called "shock loading" which makes the pinion "walk" which cracks the alloy housing.

And no those collars do not prevent this,one have been blown with a collar on.
