Yes you can. It is not the simpliest job I have ever done. Torqueing the rear bolt is very difficult. The simpliest way is to drill a hole on each side underneath the bumper in the plastic so that you can fit an extension in the hole. The hole can not be seen unless you look under the bumper.
Put a floor jack under the gas tank skid. Remove six bolts. These screw directly into the frame. The holes in the frame are threaded. Use a bottle jack to hold the hitch up against the gas tank skid and replace the six bolts and torque to 65 ft lbs. Job done.
