The RBK radio does not have RDS (text display for radio stations) so it can not show you what song, genre, playlist, etc you are on. Instead, it speaks the information through your speakers. This only covers what browse mode you are on and does not tell you what the song and artist info is...

I think it's located behind the front grill, centered, right under the hood. I can't imagine that it wouldn't be effected by the engine and/or wind. Ours often seems a couple of degrees warmer than our home outdoor thermometers read. I bet the super duper blackness of our Lib doesn't help...
