Need help please

I have a 2010 Jeep Liberty the clock spring in the steering column is bad I keep searching the part number can't find anything to match it nowhere or other part numbers similar to what I have.. the numbers on my clock spring are 56046 535AK
The part i found has the same numbers but says AF
Can anyone help me out here please ?

Have you called the local dealership?
many times when they update parts they will just change the last two letters, sometimes on the last one
