I know this because I had this size on the back of my KJ when I bought it, and stock size tyres on the front. So I know they can fit on the back without rubbing, but I can't guarantee they will not rub on the front when you turn the steering full lock.
It came with two different sizes of tires? What dip sh** had it before you
PLUS you can run 265-75-16s on the rear, just don't hit any bumps with them on. BUT back to the original, why say 255-70-16s will work when they will not all the way around? Thats like someone stating I'm a virgin since its been 10 years .
I'm just here to comfort disturbed people and disturb comfortable people.

Probably the dodgy used car dealer I got it off...Before he had it, it was a road tax exempt mobility vehicle. He has also put the wrong battery in it...a 113, which has a capacity of only 50AH and a puny 500CCA...Starts the 2.8 VMD ok now but come the winter it will be a different matter. I may have to try and fit a battery tray from another vehicle to allow me to fit a bigger battery, as the 013 seems to completely fill the existing tray.
