Driver seat removal

Trying to remove the drivers seat, the torx head bolt anchoring the seatbelt is so tight I'm afraid if I force it the head Will break off. Are these put in with loctite? Any idea how to get that bolt out?

t50 bit and a breaker bar... it'll come but it takes some elbow grease

Yeah, that's a tight one but it'll come off really quick. I don't see it breaking.

mine came out. I remove seat to mount my powered subwofer under it.
