would a wrangler vent cover fit on a 03 kj?

hey guys, recently i removed the spare to mount it on my roof rack and removed the spare carrier and everything. when i was left with the 4 holes which held the spare carrier i put in 4 bolts with rubber washers to keep water out and match painted them to the color of my kj. however i just stumbled upon this vent cover for a wrangler and im wondering if anyone here has actually seen one in person and maybe would know if it would be the same fit for the 4 holes left by my spare tire carrier? thanks in advance!!!

You could drill new holes in it and make it work I suppose
also its flat where as the KJ tail gate has a little curve which may mess up mounting a little
