Wiring diagram or colors for o2 sensors

Hi guys, anyone have wiring color or voltage info for the wiring that goes to o2 sensors? In particular i have to rebuild the wiring loom that goes to my driver side rear o2 sensor, the plug is torn out on both ends so I need to wire new plugs in lol. All the wires seem to be some variation of white black and grey so no clue where to start, hoping someone has some info before i start plinking around with a multi meter.
