UK Liberty (Cherokee) Jeep owner

Hi guys,
Its a hands up from me that I have joined due to a damn issue with an 05 Liberty bought just 3 weeks ago and now needs a new auto transmission.
Reason being it blew the cooling hoses off on the motorway and no light came on untill damage was done.
I have just bought a 2nd hand ****** from EBAY uk and was wondering if there is anything the garage has to do on swapping the old transmission for the ebay one?
ANy help on this topic greatly appreciated.
