I've been mulling over the question of painting my wheels but I'm not sure. If anything maybe a darker gunmetal silver or something like that. But also, silver is so clean. I mean what I'd really like is some Moabs in silver with some tires with white lettering on the sidewall. What do y'all think?

Yes, I think that a "hammered" finish grey that is is lighter then the fenders and darker then the wheels are now would look GREY(T) and even hide dirt.

Of course, there's only one way to find out ;)

Something like this Rustoleum antique pewter hammer finish

Honestly, Ive never been a fan of red vehicles or painted calipers, but some painted red calipers on your red Jeep with hammered gunmetal grey wheels would look simply AMAZING. Just my .02

Yeahhh the Duplicolor Graphite one was one I had my eye on. I haven't stopped by any stores yet and really mulled over the color options though

The picture doesn't do it justice.... age, dirt, lighting.

I did topcoat with clear. I think that helped it last as long as it has - 10yrs now I think.

DId DUplicolor several years ago.
Aluminum wheels, stripped, etching primer, 2 coats color ( a graphite, not sure if the same as above) and 2 coats of clear. One of the best things I did to it.
