I had my tires rotated at the shop and now when I back up while turning the front tires hit the plastic shielding underneath around where the fog lamp covers are. any ideas? Did not do this before then.

Worn tires moved from front to rear and rear tires with much more tread now on front hitting plastic.
Combine with a sagging suspension could be your issue,more so if your running larger then stock tires are AT/MT tires.
