According to Jeep, since 1993 less than 5% of original Grand Chero owners had taken them off-road??????

That is very true.

They told us during orietation.

Liberty numbers are *likely* better, not sure. If anything, they're similar.

Probably true.

Lay out the $$$ for a new GC and don't want to take it off road and scratch it up. (Maybe those that planned on going off-road got a wrangler??)

Then the 2nd or 3rd owner who buys it used probably is more likely to take it off road since it is not new any more?

Just some thoughts.

Why would you pay 30-45 grand for a 4x4 and not even use it to its full potential?

Seems pretty stupid to ThunderbirdJunkie.

Because they didn't buy it to take it off-road. They buy the thing to haul groceries and their gaggle of miscreants. Ya got to get 4 wheel drive to keep up with the Jones' and be able to take princess to ballet practice when there is 3 feet of snow.

Haha, that'd be sweet. I'd roll with a 5% er patch.

People like HJ and the other mall crawlers then could get a 95% er patch.
