    sometimes its a pain having a non typical gun. i love my steyrs but im fighting like hell to get the rear sight off so i can put on my damn trijicon.

    I've been buying 5.56mm from my local guy for $250/1000, I'll stick with him.
    But, I've been a really good customer for many years, he jokes that I bought him his last fishing boat:gr_grin:

    Just purchased a 16" 1/9 twist for a replacement on my .556. BCA had them for $54 and change. Should be here friday.

    I always store mine in the front of the kayak. Haven't lost it yet but there's always a first time..

    Kal-El- I see we have the same Libby Flame Red and unfortunately for me 2wd. Sucks here in Pa during the snow season. Have to put studded tires on the back end to get around up here in the NEPA.

    Mine is pretty much just for the wife to putz around in. If she were to ever get close to snow with it I'd probably stroke out, even though she likes to brag about how good her driving is because of her experience as a mail carrier.

    I was under the impression you want less spin for a heavier bullet to stabilize.
