The best and the only mp3 player I bought was iRock, about 8 years ago. That thing rocked, had incredible sound quality. I still have it around, it used MMC card.

Oh, before all this I used my Dell Axim as my main mp3 and video player, coupled with 512CF and 512SD cards. :D

I just use my little Ipod shuffle plugged into my ski helmet, and the Jeep has a JVC KD-AVX44 with a 60 GB 1.8" hard drive in the glove compartment connected to it.

I've got a 80gb classic I picked up shortly after it came out. Pretty much love that thing. Screen looks great, and it's got plenty of room for basically my entire music collection.

Now if I could only get iTunes to download my f-ing album, I'd be happy as a clam.

Silver. I got it not super long after it came out, but i was looking for a new one anyways.

I upgraded from a 4gb iPod Mini. Wow. That was a bit of a change.

    Man I feel left out!
I don't even own an ipod!
    Jen wants one!
So, I figure I'll buy her one with enough memeory that will hold all the Heavy Metal crap that I listen too!
That way she can modify her play list to exclude all of my music!
Until we get in the KJ!

I fought buying and iPod for as long as possible... until I bought my KJ. I had a cassette player only. Being a music nut, I had to have something that played. Bought an iPod 3 weeks after the KJ.

The FM transmitters are a waste of money in my opinion. Definitely get a HU with USB or Aux.

I'll be looking at my 2nd iPod here soon... the 30g is nearly full.
