Thanks!

On this list for this spring/summer:

Change interior lighting to LED (should come in tomorrow!)
Paint the rims black (except the center cap)
Finish painting/carpeting my rear shelf
Renegade style roof light bar
A "wesway" lift (shim and clevis in front, rubber spring spacer in back)
Possible addition of a subwoofer

Plans for the future... Hopefully soon. I am waiting on job news and possibly having to move again. So all Jeep money is on hold (well the major purchases).

Ironman/bilsteins lift with teraflex/hockey puck bumpstops. Hopefully I don't need al's a arms.
Skid Row front and engine/trans skids.
MOPAR T-case skid.
Hitch/fuel tank skid as well (depending on what Jeep is doing)
Enhanced rear differential cover.
Some sort of front tow hooks that work with my push bar... :-k I think those might be pondered over the next week and a trip to grainger might be in store.

OK I have been busy! Last night started my rear differential removal... which took a torch and a cutoff saw to get a rounded bolt off. Let the gasket sit overnight and then filled it in the morning. Did the front after which was much easier. Then my new fender flare arrived! So out with the old and on with the new. No real hidden damage just the fender is bent a little that cannot be fixed. No problem though. Also gave her a seafoam treatment. No smoke!

The pictures go in order of old, in process, new!
Rear differential (No front ones because those are boring)

Snapped a bolt taking off the sway bar. Both top bolts were frozen in place with rust! So took a trip and got new ones while having the front springs compressed and assembled. Also almost every bolt was frozen with rust. Used a whole can of PB blaster and a breaker bar for everything and a torch on one of them to get it to spin. Alignment tomorrow morning.

But now... sleep. Yes I didn't forget the final picture or measurements... just was too dark to take it when I finished haha. :sleepy10:

I have to assume you did .. but did you tighten everything under load? ie sway bar links, shock mount bolts.

Ya but I might loosen and do it again. Feels like a sway bar to me but I don't know I changed everything.

Ok! Loosened everything and torqued it all back again. I think one of the sway bar links was loose. Must have missed putting the torque wrench on it... :icon_redface:

Anyways went for a little ride somewhere off road for a little test. All I can say is...

Good news and bad news. Everything is sound and operational. Bad news. I probably have a bad tire and I gotta figure out which but no big deal.
