stop subscription

i would like to stop my subscription to all the topics.
no I don't want a free toaster, please stop all the subscriptions

Anyway, Isn't there ANY WAY to remove e-mail subscription to all topics at one time? I don't want to receive e-mail notification of new posts to all topics.. I am always here anyways and check posts since last visit.

pls let me know it is driving me crazy. This is why i dont like phpb.

I think that will work only for the new topics.. I thought that won't change the old topics.. allright, let me see..
