    Hi All,

Pulled off the panel on the driver's side door to try to remedy my power mirrors not working. Pulled off the switch and, according to my ohm-meter, it is working.

This leads me to believe that power is not getting to the switch. Three questions:

    1) How, with my voltmeter, do I test the wire harness to see if it has power?
    2) If I find it does not have power, what color wire am I looking for?
    3) After the wire leaves the door and enters the car itself, what do I pull off next to follow the wire?

    Thanks!

Download the 2005 Jeep KJ Service Manual here.
Section 8W has the wiring diagrams.

Could be fuse blown...the Locations section of the wiring diagram will point you to the mirror wiring and you can trace your missing voltage back to the relevant fuse.
