Yes , you would need extended rear shocks.

However, you might want to rethink on buying that lift.
I spoke to Rusty last year and he told me that RRO coppied his puck lift, which is called the RRO OTT 2.5" lift. Yes, that is the one everybodys had problems with, and are now replacing with the new spring lifts. Check the write up on his site and see if it doesn't have the same over the strut plate as RRO's OTT lift, which they also state as being dealer friendly. Ha,ha!
