Has anybody use this before? 1160620013 Trail FX Black Nerf Step Bars Jeep Liberty 2002-2007 and what do they mean by "does not clear plastic rock guards"

Honestly you're not going to find many people that run the side step nurf bars on here. Most people actually take their Jeep off road and those side steps don't help what so ever and offer no protection, for the most part people are running rock rails instead. You can actually get rock rails that can serve as a side step and offer protection at the same time. I use mine all the time when Im loading or unloading stuff from the roof of my Jeep.
I think what they mean by does not clear rock guards in possible they are reffering to the "plastic mud flaps" that some some KJ's have but I could be wrong.
