RRO Combo question ... kinda

Does anyone know if the "Liberty .75 Front Poly Spacer" and "Rusty's KJ Liberty Strut Plates (pair)" on Rusty's site are the same components as the front suspension components for the RRO Combo? I'm starting to lean towards rear SkyJacker springs and Rancho shocks along with the RRO Combo front. I'm thinking this would give a little bit better setup than just the standard RRO Combo and I could spend more on the front later if I wanted to (without spending too much now).

At the very least, does anyone know if the the RRO Combo front components just consist of a 3/4" puc and a 1/4" strut plate?
