Considering you got the cleanest kJ on the planet....
and have numerous other hard coats of wax below,
The quick wax still gives a nice finish and it does apply easily and rub off easy too.
I often use the quick wax for the roof and hood, and don't touch nothing else, me lazy.
So the quick wax lasts about 4 weeks in our wet weather and needs re-coating often.
The best is still a a buffer and real Meguires 1-2-3 system, but is way too much work!

I agree, nothing beats a good clay, polish, and Carnuba wax.

I so need to get a clay bar on my Kj it is ridiculous. I have a weeks holidays in July, just what I wanted to do...I should actually get at it sooner, so I can go boating, and forget about vehicle maintenance.
You also look after more than one vehicle..are you retired?

Nope...just really busy on weekends caring for them! Plus my son does a lot of the work on them.

He enjoys it! Since the KJ will be his soon, may as well show him the loops with keeping it nice.

No detailing stuff for Father's Day....it's not novelty here, it's essentials like milk! :D

You need to try Megs New Ultimate Quik Wax. Ive not used it personally b/c its $10 a bottle but Ive read good things about it. I usually just use Ultimate Quik Detailer after every wash to give that 'just waxed' look and feel.

I'd like to give the Ultimate QD a try, but I can't justify it when I'm more than happy with the regular QD.
