have a couple quick questions hoping you guys can make my decision easier. Found a light bar at a junkyard just the bar no switches or wires for $300. First is that a good price and 2 are they easy enough to install if I make my own harness and what else is involved in installing it?

300 for no wiring/switches etc ??
Mounting it, drilling some holes, one big hole for wiring, then you'll have to figure out an alternative switch, none hard just depends on what you are comfortable in doing

Yes 300...? Is that a good price?
only has the 2 wires that come out of bar the rest would be on me to wire up. As far as mounting it can i use rivets? Or does it have to be done nutserts? I have never messed with them?

just not sure if its worth the time and effort or am i better off waiting and going for a led bar when i have more $
