Lasik tomorrow. Pretty danged excited...
Isn't that what they give racehorses? :uhoh2:
( :sorrysign: )
Yeah, okay…'cause racehorses need 20/20 vision, right?
Really excited because I have no idea what it's like to wake up and be able to see...
Hope you get great vision.
I see the endocrinologist tomorrow.
You'll need to photoshop the spectacles off your avatar pic.
Good luck to both Cherrie and Leean
I a-makee zee leetle joke:
Furosemide - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
(A very little joke, I know...)
Doesn't a diuretic make you pee too? That could be a bad thing while sitting in the eye doctors chair!
I haven't been able to wake up and see for well over 30 years....I'm used to it now.....
No, you just pee like a ... rushing racehorse...
I've never in my life been able to see without glasses or contacts. Nada, never.
This will be all new for me.
I don't want to see for the first 30 minutes I am up........
after bathroom break, a couple hits of coffee
then I can finally start looking around and see who's there with me
Sorry - I actually didn't get it 'cause I knew it was lasix, not lasik (and it just didn't compute) :sorrysign:
Same here. 3 cups of coffee and then I can see and think....
I don't start to wake up after a 20oz Redbull(coffee puts me to sleep) and at least a half a pack of Marlboro Red's,which makes it about 3pm in the afternoon.
Woot .. 4 new holes in the KJ!
Sure you've seen a million flashlight holders ... but have you ever seen one made from recycled CV boot straps and weather stripping? huh huh, have ya?
Yep. I just saw a picture of one on the Internet a few minutes ago. :signs8:
EDIT: And I forget to mention that it looks great!
Ha, first thing I saw was the picture and I was wondering WTH was used as the mount.
I did the same, but used the Maglite plastic clips. One of the first things I did to my vehicle.
And....I can see!!!!!!
I have a milky film over everything at the moment, but that will clear up soon. Everything went perfectly, all according to plan.
I just tried to "Like" a post and all it does is bump me to the top of the page.
I'm still glad the Lasik went well, though.
