They missed the forecast on this one - 1" of accumulation. 5-6" already and still coming down hard!
I wish they would have screwed up here.
They forecasted an inch. We got a dusting. I don't think anybody even salted their sidewalks but me.
It just switched to freezing rain - 26 out - its gettin slick fast.
Still just cold here. Waitin for it.opcorn:
I'm about a day behind Ohio for weather (depending on storm speed of course)
Stay safe watch out for the other drivers .
Speak for yourself on the snow, we still don't have any snow, haven't had any this fall so far. No school closings etc, kids hate it here :roflsquared:no snow days
Snowed all afternoon here on the tropical South Jersey coastal region. Got a few inches on the ground. My grandson's first snow, and he liked it....
Now it's changing over to sleet & freezing rain, and supposed to change to rain by morning......
Man all our snow will most likely be gone by tomorrow. Was a hot 16 degrees today, had all the shop bay doors open and had to roll up my sleeves since I was roasting.
And it starts...
People who traded in their Jeeps for Dodge Darts are trading back for Jeeps.
And people still wonder why I didn't do the same.
Started as snow, switched to sleet, now freezing rain. Good glaze everywhere. Headed up to 32° so I doubt ice will last long, anyway.
Not going anywhere, staying put till it melts!
Is there an invisible weather defense shield around the lower peninsula of Michigan?!
We got a few inches of snow yesterday... and it's supposed to be bitter cold by mid-week.
I'm ready to call J.G.Snowworth.
Snow! Woke up to about 1.5" and then it was sleeting on top (which is what its doing now). Needless to say Lady is happy to play in the snow. Not enough for 4wd though but this could be fun.
I have Selec-Trac so mine stays in 4WD whenever there's moisture on the ground.
But lately, I haven't wanted it as much since my Jeep is now Goodyearless.
4 inch of new stuff. Light snow and windy for most of week.
I'm thinking of going out in pole barn, just because I can.
Cherrie, I'm moving near you.
Well come on up.
I have room for one more.
Loft is available, must love a fartty Boston Terrier
