Dooooo eeeeeeet! I love those things. When my Libby is paid off, I am buying one.
And to all this weather talk, it is a beautiful sunny 80 degree day here in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Winter sure is rough sometimes. :badger_1:
-1 with wind chill in the central NJ coast. I like the cold and snow but this is a little much, my damn window was frozen shut this morning
-5 here with windchill. Love it, just wish for more snow. So much better than FL.
Same here, as far as more snow goes. NOAA says plowable accumulation friday afternoon into the night so thats cool. Get mad over time clearing snow from my building.
Came *this* close to bringing my KJ home today. That's about what the gap between the hood and quarter panel still was. They need to fix it!
One more day...
-14 Celcius is only like 0 Farenheit. It was -14 F here the other morning:mfr_omg:
You guys caught it.
I didn't catch YESTERDAY'S below zero fahrenheit temp.
You'd be surprised the number of people who haven't caught the metric reading.
Yes .. it should be mandatory at the top of threads dealing with Oil, Lifts and Coil over/Strut
WTF!!!! I just noticed that I have blood on my hand and pillow. Dang these "sleepbleeds"!!!!
(That's what I call a nosebleed which occurs during sleep.)
It's 7 degrees in Fahrenheit.
try a humidifier ? .. perhaps your too dry in the 'ol shnoz ?
reminds me how much I love the metric system... So much simpler, easier to learn, and easier to use in a world market. I wonder when the US will get on board.
(by the way, only 3 countries in the entire world still don't use the metric system. Myanmar, Liberia, and us.)
At my last job, the chat program they used allowed for users to add emoticons to their library - it made for some interesting conversations.
I saved and used that .gif quite often when talking to others about my boss - it was VERY fitting. Nice guy, but would never let stuff go, we could never move forward on projects.
And, wow - this one looks even more realistic! Wish I could use them at my current job!
Seems like we can't catch a break My wife's job has changed her schedule recently, which is making it hard on the puppy and my wife, sleeping wise. She's working 4 days a week now, versus 3 days, 12hr night shifts and the dog can't sleep during the day, so he's keeping her up I can't do anything, since I'm at work 6AM-2:30PM.
We might have to re-home him or contact the breeder about sending him back, if we can't get him used to our schedule As of right now, my wife can't sleep and the dog can't enjoy a good home. He's wonderful once I'm home or when my wife is off.
Hope he gets used to it.
It's been so cold that the other day I saw a politician with his hands in HIS OWN pockets.:happy175:
Thanks, same here. He seems to get used to it some days. This weekend we're going to work on making him feel better inside his crate alone. And get a variety of toys, to see what really keeps him busy. Mother in-law opted to help out when she can. Once he's older, we'll send him to a day care once or twice a week, to socialize and burn off some energy, while we're busy/working.
