Just pull it off and go to the auto parts store. They sell it by the for, and it's cheap.

The tube that came w/ the aftermarket replacement overflow tank was way too short.

Thanks Tim!!

You're awesome.
I was going to borrow a linear caliper from work to measure it too.

Okay. the nipple OD for the overflow tube on the tank is 0.378", calling that 3/8".
so this gates should technically work
GATES 27555 Radiator Overflow Hose; - 5/16" (3/8" Nipple)

I'll be also buying the 27556 as well just in case.
will report back later.

Good Work Brian ! 96 cents per foot that is much more reasonable.
Were you able to measure how many feet required, it is quite long back to the rad.
Even though I would really have liked to measure the nipple for you, it was just too HOT & did not want to get burned by Hoat !

no worries Tim. :)

it's sold in 3 ft lengths on rockauto so I bought 6'.
I estimate that one needs about 3.5 ft.
My hose isn't the original hose so someone with a mopar hose would have to measure the actual length.

You would have been short at 3.5 feet. You will have left overs with 6 feet..
It is hard to measure a snake LOL..Was not going to break out the string & tape !
So from recovery tank to where tape measure began was 16 inches and hose drop 4 inches,
Straight length was an additional 28 inches & a couple of estimated inches for bends in there & = somewhere from 48 to 52 inches LOL..

Looks like I'm missing one of those mounting tabs on the TB.
I'm surprised none of mine have fallen off ! :Big Laugh:
There are 3 small retainers & one large one, on the upper rad hose.

Update: I was silly and didn't read carefully that it was sold in 3' sections only.
Went to Napa to get my WP warrantied and also bought the same 3/8" fuel hose I was using.
The old one was really stiff and the rubber internally was coming off as a ran my finger through.

The length to run it like Tim's picture is just shy of 5'. maybe like 4' 10".

I'll probably look for a silicon hose or maybe a plastic fitting to join the two 3' pieces together.

my upper radiator clip broke in half :(

There are clear plastic fuel lines, which are fairly flexible & available as well.
Sorry you broke the rad clip, & no you cant have mine ! :) Bone yard might one, or the dealer.

hahahaha. Thanks.

I just have it ziptied loosely to the upper rad hose.

Hopefully no more leaks. I had to put jb weld on a couple of spots on the mating surface. I had a bunch of pin head sized holes!
