I noticed today I needed to top off my coolant in the expansion tank. I replaced the radiator last year (the previous owner had the wrong kind of coolant in it, and it all got trashed). I don't seem to have any leaks that are noticeable, but I did notice that the coolant expansion tank cap was barely tight at all when I removed it (engine a bit warm but not hot). So, I figured it would be an inexpensive and wise choice to replace the cap. However, the cap I have is not OEM, and I am having difficulty determining the part number--I have searched for just the cap, but I can only find choices for replacing the cap on the radiator (not the expansion tank) or replacing the entire expansion tank. Am I missing something here?
