I replaced my power steering pump with cardone and all p/s hoses. However when i went off-roading a high pressure hose came loose and all fluid leaked out. I figured i must have not tightened it properly, so i put the hose back and made sure it’s tight. However next time i went off-roading it came loose again! So now I’m wondering what am i doing wrong, does it need tread sealant or something?

Check the routing of the vent hose from your front diff. Make sure it's not interfering with the pressure hose when the driver side front suspension is extended. There may be a diagram somewhere showing the "correct" routing for that hose, but I'm not sure where ... All those hoses seem to criss-cross below the pump.
