Power Mirrors Not Working

I found out today that my power mirrors are not working...both sides. I checked fuse M26 but it looked to be good. I pulled the door panel to make sure I didn't forget to plug it back in when we were putting in new door handles but both connects looked to be good. Any other thoughts?

Frayed wire grounding out inside the door hinge area? Pull the rubber tube that the wires go through and inspect them for wear.
