Plug under driver's side carpet?

So doing the conversion and drilled through carpet on driver's side. As I was drilling some green color starting showing so I hit something. Looked under carpet and there was a plastic plug I hit, it was between the gas pedal and driver's seat.

Anyone have any idea what I hit? In middle of snow storm so it's hard to work on it at the moment. Thanks

To clarify my phone auto corrected, I was installing a right hand drive conversion. And the plastic plug thing was about half a dollar bill in size and was sticking out of the floor about a quarter inch.
