Welcome to the forum.
I am going to add your quote (additional information) from your electronics post here, and then delete the electronics post so we do not have 2 threads running simultaneously..
New to jeep world i have 05 liberty renegade 3.7l i have no spark or working injector on cylinder 5 will start and run but when you get too 2000rpm starts cutting out. code says misfire num5 no and insufficient ionization I have good compression new plugs coil pack in number 5 can but not getting ground pulse from pcu traced wires from 5 to pcu. all good do you think need new coumputer or has any one had this problem
Thank for any input

Bill is our electrical specialist will chime in with some recommendations regarding the injector pulse /misfire issues.

It would be helpful to have the exact psi compression from each cylinder noted here.
Your 2005 psi readings should be between 170psi-225psi with no more then 25% difference between cylinders.

Make sure you are chasing the right code, P2302 is for Coil #1.

If you have not already downloaded the 2005 Jeep KJ Service Manuals do so now.

Section 8W has the wiring diagrams....the Index Component Location will guide you to the page for say "Ignition Coil #1" and you can trace the wires but first swap the suspect Ignition Coil out with some other one and see if the fault moves ie. posts a different code!
