Got that code today. Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Too Rich Bank 1 Looks like an O2 sensor code. Which one would it be? Runs fine, so likely a bad sensor as opposed to it actually running rich.

Fuel contamination is a possibility. Seafoamed it lately?
Exhaust leak near O2 sensor or a faulty O2 sensor could do it.
Are you driving it mainly city? Throw in some cleaner take it for a good hwy boogie with O/D off, clear code & see what happens...

It's a mix city/highway. I got it about 2 months ago while off roading and cleared it, didn't come back till now.

Would it be worth trying the fuel cleaner? Haven't ran any in a year or more. I can get the NTK sensor for $35 locally so I was just going to swap that since it came back. Do I have the location right?

Ya bank 1 is drivers side after cat is the one. It may be best to do both of them tho.
I would try some cleaner first even with some stabilizer, just to make sure it is not a fuel contamination problem.

Maybe I will...I'd think if it were running rich it'd drive weird.

The computer makes the minor adjustments with that code set, to protect engine to run a bit more rich, you would not notice a difference.
But it does need to be addressed long term.

I get it now. I'd be inclined to think it was bad fuel or something if it had only happened once but since it's back I was thinking the O2 sensor would make more sense (and the gas is from a week ago, so it's been in there awhile).

Have you looked at electrical connections?
