P1491 and P1682 codes

I have the above codes coming up with check engine light and battery light on dash. I’ve seen others that have had this code combo but few good answers. My battery and alternator are both less than two years old. Ideas?

P1491....Cooling Fan Relay

P1682....Charging System too low.
