Oil light

K i swaped out the blown motor from my 03 liberty renegade over the weekend. i had time today to finish little odds and ends on it this afternoon. i noticed if i let it idel till it warms my oil light comes on for a sec then goes out as soon as i give it a little bit of gas. any one else ever come across this?

I'd start with replacing the oil pressure sending unit.

Yeah, I agree. Just take the one off the motor you just pulled out. Just a thought.

Well switched out the sending unit for a new one. same thing. going in tomorrow to the dealer.
