My 04 Liberty with 77K has developed an oil warning. After car is warmed up, I'm getting the oil light when stopped at a light, and as soon as I accelerate it goes off. Oil level is fine. Any thoughts? Thanks

Most of the times is the oil pressure sender switch. The best thing you can do is too check the oil pressure. If it passes the test, just change the oil pressure switch.
Also check if it's not wet by oil , if it's, you must replace it....

I would suggest you use a high mileage oil and increase the weight of the oil to a 10w-30 wt oil. Factory oil callout is too lightweight for engine life. They do it to increase gas mileage. If I wanted more gas mileage I wouldn’t drive a JEEP

I bet it's the pressure sensor as other have mentioned. If it's a 3.7L it's just above the oil filter. I would just replace it and go with that high mileage oil also mentioned. When I did my sensor all I had to do to get to it was take the serp belt off and it was exposed but you need to get a special socket for it, they are cheap.
