Been a longtime member of, and fairly frequent poster on, the Lost KJs forum. Recently tried to access them again, got the “account frozen” notice, emailed the webmaster twice and haven’t gotten a response. Since I’m having a (rare for me) problem with my ‘06 CRD, I thought I’d register here and take a swing at somebody helping me…
Recently, I drove through some standing water at fairly low speed and it splashed up in the engine bay, and subsequently have both codes P0700 and 0403. I’ve never had the 0700 before, but did have the 0403 after a similar incident years ago. In the end that time, I replaced the secondary runner valve solenoid (part # 4606226AC) and the solenoid right next to it (don’t remember its name or part #, but has a small filter dangling from it) and the 0403 went away.
I’ve tried drying/blowing out the connectors and harnesses to no avail, so want to at least try the fix from previous. Of course the 4606226AC shows “unavailable “ wherever I’ve searched, even at ID Parts. Does anybody know a source for these two parts or have spares they’d be willing to sell?
