New to me 07

Bought a sight unseen 07 Liberty and had it delivered. 88k on the Odom. Power steering was really tight and has to be brought back to ctr. No fluid showing on dip. Added some to bring it up but no change. Slight noise when turning left and right so I have a used pump coming. Transmission will not do 3rd gear but have yet to take it out on open road.. added a little fluid to bring it to mid point on crosshatch marks on oil dipstick. No check engine light. Have to put OBD2 ON .
Engine runs very nice and smooth.
This Liberty Rides really rough. I had a 05 new for 17 years and 175k that was smoother. What did they change ?

Power steering has air in it and needs bleeding/priming. But also likely a substantial leak if the fluid got that low.

Is the suspension stock? Did somebody swap load range E tires onto it?
