Need help with blend door

Was the mode (upper) or blend (lower) door jammed?
Were any of the plastic gears on the box broken? If not, you got lucky!
I don’t know of any instructions for reassembling the gears once disassembled. Kudos to you for being able to do that in the drivers footwell without disassembling the dash!
Here are some pics I took when I fixed my mode door issue, but in my case I needed to replace the whole air distribution box.
