Dangit! The avatar I made is less than 111x111 and it won't let me use it! Says it has to be less than 10kb or somethin like that. It's like 97x73! Small as heck.....what gives? I want an avatar dammit! lol

Do a search for "google picasa 2" and download that (it's free), that's what I use. You can choose the pic you want and "export" it to another folder in the size you need "111x111" and then the file size should be correct also.....at least mine was.

Ok so I got the program, it's pretty cool! But I can't figure out how to resize the pic.....

-choose the pic you want and double click on it
-look down on the bottom where it says "export" and click on that
-a window that says "export to folder" will pop up
-where it says "resize to", put in 111 and hit "ok"
-the pic will be in a folder titled "picasa exports"
