Marking in rear passenger wheel well

I was upping my air pressure yesterday from factory 32 to 40 (max 44 on Goodyear HPs). In the right rear wheel well, I noticed a large marking that said:

"05 KJ C # 1"

What does the C#1 stand for?

Heh, yeah, I'm wondering if it stands for color or something. I have a light khaki. Anyone else go outside and look at theirs? It's in some sort of molded gray plastic. Look in your wheelwell and try to find the exhaust pipe. it was down, and back, there.
