Help, Im having trouble getting the front lower control arm off. The cam bolts seem to be stuck with the inside of the bushings . Any suggestions. I tried a reciprocating saw but it doesn’t seem to work.

Can you apply heat with a torch? Maybe that would burn out the rubber bushing too though.

Reciprocating saws usually are the best ways to get those bolts out if they're seized. But you need a good high-quality blade.
The first time I had to cut one of those bolts I started with a cheap blade from Harbor Freight. After half an hour, it still had barely made a dent in the bolt. Got a better blade, and it went through the whole bolt in a couple of minutes.
