Low torque

I have a 2012 Limited 3.7. At highway speed it has no torque. Always downshifting for even the slightest incline to maintain 70MPH. Would putting in a higher torque cam help? Would a programer solve it? Help! Thanks.

Regearing your differentials is the answer. Or going back to stock sized tires. The Jeep loses a lot of oomph and mpg when larger tires are added. It looks from your avatar that you are running larger tires than the stock 29's.

Thank you, but actually they are stock size. 20" wheels.

Check your differential fluids. Make sure they are clean and full. I had my front diff go bad and It felt like the jeep was struggling going up hill and had poor pick up. With that said these 3.7 are not the greatest performers.
