Lost vacuum feed line to AC control panel

Hi all,

I have lost the vacuum feed to AC control panel, when traced back the lines i found out that the vacuum hose is split apart, it is located near the firewall below the coolant reservoir.
Is there a replacement part available for this hose, or do i need to figure out a solution?
I tried to look for it but couldn't find it, thought might as well ask around here.

Parts store for some hose the appropriate the size with a connector
or....................... at least that is what I would do
