Looking for new rims

So I've had my '04 KJ for almost a year, and my rims are shot. Looking to put TJ moabs, will they fit without spacers? And if so what's the best max size without a lift?

Wheels, .........rim is just part of the wheel
Yes 03-06 Rubicon Moab wheels will l
fit on a " lifted " KJ
Since they are 16X8 with 5 inches of backspacing they work great for like a 265-70-16
unlifted extra width will rub in front plus can not run as big of a tire
