Ok, I need so much help..

I own a 2009 Jeep Liberty Sport 2wd, it has 46,000 miles and have been completely serviced. Well here recently, actually yesterday and all day today my parking lights refuse to turn off. I have the lights off inside the jeep but parking lights still on. Now I have unplugged the ECU, Fuse Box, and disconnected the battery in hopes to reset the ECU but that didn't work. Now I need help and I am trying to fix this alone, I am a college student and don't have money to spare. So any help would be great.

sounds like th multifunction stalk is flaking out. Same thing happened in my 02. Teh stalk is actually the complete assembly, meaning both stalks and related components. I was able to get mine to turn off by rotating the interior dimmer knob to medium-brightness. The replacement module cost about 60 bucks from Napa.
