Light Bar Fuse but no wiring?

My KJ has a fuse intended for the lightbar, but does not have any of the wiring. Any ideas as to why? Seems ridiculous to me!

Yes, I did. And no, I don't have any wiring. Just a fuse? SO WEIRD! So I'm gonna start calling junkyards tonight to try to find the stock wiring in an old kj.

Well the fuse is under the hood, and it's actually labeled "light bar" on the diagram on the little plastic cover, as well as in the manual. So I'm confused as to why it's there if I don't have any wiring.
