Due to health issues and age, I can no longer fix my 2006 CRD. The engine runs well but the body is gone. Sun Coast Torque Converter but trans needs the front pump upgraded/replaced. Suspension is in good shape and rear axle bearings were replaced. Parts and filters not yet used will be included. CRD is located in Aurora, IL and I am posting it on Craig's List. Odd request but I need a volume control knob for my 06 if you have the normal stock radio. I reached out to someone on Ebay selling a radio that may or may not work to see if they would sell me just the knob. Can't seem to find one of that type. Does your radio work? Can't figure out how to PM you.

I want to sell the complete CRD. Besides the radio has to have WD-40 fed to the volume control peridocally to work.and the knob is on its' last legs.

Seems to be a common problem with these from what I have seen. Never had a problem with the one the 04 has. I thought the radio did not work initially, then we pulled the knob and saw that it is trashed where it should hold it in place so it just spins. Not even sure it is an original knob. The radio works when I turn the metal by hand. Thanks anyway though. Hopefully someone will buy it whole for you. A pain to part things out sometimes. If you change your mind about parting it out - update here. I would love to replace my chrome grill. Not a fan of chrome. I think yours is blue but not sure it is the same- the lighting makes it hard to tell. Mine is blue.
